ER-OLED013-3B is a 1.3-inch blue passive-matrix OLED display panel with a 128×64 pixel format, . Because it is self-emissive OLED rather than LCD, it needs no backlight, delivers a true free viewing angle in all directions, and keeps module thickness down to just 1.4 mm (34.50×23.02 mm outline, 29.42×14.70 mm active area). The panel is driven by an integrated SH1106 controller in COG packaging, making it a drop-in graphic engine for low-power embedded systems.
ER-OLED013-3B talks to the host over a selectable bus: 3-wire SPI, 4-wire SPI, I²C, or 8-bit 6800 / 8080 parallel, chosen via the BS0–BS2 strap pins. Logic runs on 1.65–3.3 V (typ. 2.8 V) and draws only ~180 µA typical operating current for VDD, with an internal charge-pump DC/DC option (VBAT 3.5–4.2 V) or external 12 V VCC supply mode, giving designers flexibility between battery-powered and line-powered products. Sleep-mode current is as low as 1 µA on VDD, ideal for always-on standby UIs.
ER-OLED013-3B connects through a 30-pin soldering type FPC,no connector is needed and exposes the full SH1106 signal set (CS#, RES, D/C#, RW/WR, RD, D0–D7, IREF brightness resistor, VCOMH cap, charge-pump caps C1/C2). It ships without a breakout board, so it pairs naturally with our optional Arduino adapters, level shifters, and demonstration code for Atmel AVR, STM32, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi. No touch layer is mounted—this is a pure output display.
Thanks to the OLED structure, the module has no backlight bleed, switches pixels instantly, and is rated for −40 to +85 °C operation and storage, outperforming most TFT/LCD modules in cold-start and outdoor-indoor crossover scenarios (not sunlight-readable, per datasheet, but excellent for dim/cabinet environments). Typical lifetime is 10k hours at 120 cd/m² and up to 30k hours at 80 cd/m².
That is suitable for a wide range of applications, including industrial instruments, portable test gear, medical aux panels, smart-home controllers, wearable dev kits, sensor readouts, and retro-style HUDs where monochrome crispness and low power matter more than full color.
