2.2 inch 116x420 IPS TFT LCD Display Module for STM32, ESP32 and Arduino

Description

ER-TFTM022-3 is a 2.2-inch ultra-narrow IPS TFT LCD display​ with a vertical bar format of 116×420 pixels​ (14.96×54.18 mm active area, 15.96×55.18 mm visual area), mounted on a breakout board​ with an 8-pin header (GND, VCC, SCK, SDA, RES, DC, CS, BLK) for direct breadboard or dupont-wire connection. The IPS panel delivers a full 80°/80°/80°/80°​ viewing cone, 65K/262K​ color depth, a 900:1​ typical contrast ratio, and 450 cd/m²​ brightness, making it a strong fit for tall, thin status strips where a square screen cannot fit.

ER-TFTM022-3 integrates the NV3006B​ controller in COG packaging and communicates over a 4-wire serial SPI​ interface (SCK, SDA, RES, DC, CS). Logic runs at 3.0–3.5 V (typ. 3.3 V)​ with a maximum module current of 90 mA​ inclusive of backlight, which is switched via the BLK pin (High = on, Low = off). The 0.129×0.129 mm dot pitch and 30 ms typical response time handle menus, vertical bars, gauges, and scrolling text cleanly. No touch panel is mounted and the module is not sunlight-readable, keeping it a 20.50×72.00 mm pure output display.

We provide NV3006B demo code, SPI wiring diagrams, and graphics-library examples for Arduino (Uno, Nano, Mega, Due), STM32, ESP32, ESP8266, and Raspberry Pi Pico​,so you can render a working GUI without writing a low-level driver. The 8-pin header maps straight to any 3.3 V MCU with no FPC adapter or level shifter needed for 3.3 V hosts.

Rated for −20~+70 ℃​ operating and −30~+80 ℃​ storage, ER-TFTM022-3 targets indoor industrial cabinets, desktop instruments, and enclosed electronics. It is not intended for direct-sunlight outdoor use. As with all TFT panels, avoid displaying a fixed image for more than 2 hours continuously to prevent temporary image sticking.

That is suitable for a wide range of applications, including industrial control side panels, audio level meters, medical aux readouts, smart-home wall controllers, portable test instruments, and any MCU project needing a tall, thin color status display on a ready-to-use breakout board.
