2.2 inch IPS TFT Bar Display 116x420 SPI NV3006B with Soldering Type FPC

Description

ER-TFT022-3 is a 2.2-inch ultra-narrow IPS TFT LCD display​ with soldering type FPC and an unusual 116×420 pixel​ vertical bar format (14.96×54.18 mm active area), purpose-built for slim instrument strips, side status bars, and space-constrained HMI where a square or standard-ratio panel will not fit. The IPS cell gives a true 80°/80°/80°/80° viewing cone with 65K/262K color depth, a 900:1 typical contrast ratio, and 450 cd/m² brightness, so graphics stay vivid and legible from any mounting angle without backlight hotspots.

ER-TFT022-3 integrates the NV3006B​ controller in COG packaging and communicates over a 4-wire serial SPI​ bus (SDA, SCL, RS/D/C, CS, RESET) on an 8-pin FPC (LEDA, GND, RESET, RS, SDA, SCL, VDD, CS). Logic runs at 2.5–3.3 V typ. 2.8 V drawing ~8 mA operating and ~20 µA in sleep-in, while the 4-chip LED backlight needs 2.8–3.2 V @ 60–80 mA for full brightness and is rated for 30,000 hours at 25 ℃. No touch layer is mounted and the panel is not sunlight-readable, keeping the module a pure output device at 1.6 mm thickness.

The module is supplied as a bare glass+FPC assembly (17.60×59.11 mm with FPC folded), so it pairs with our optional Arduino shields, STM32/ESP32 breakout adapters, and NV3006B demo code for plug-in evaluation—no display driver experience required. Capacitive touch is listed as under development and not available on this revision.

Rated for −20~+70 ℃ operating and −30~+80 ℃ storage, ER-TFT022-3 handles indoor industrial cabinets, desktop instruments, and enclosed electronics, but is not intended for direct-sunlight outdoor use. The 30 ms typical response time is ample for menus, gauges, scrolling text, and waveform strips.

That is suitable for a wide range of applications, including industrial control side panels, audio gear level meters, medical aux readouts, smart-home wall controllers, portable test instruments, and any MCU project that needs a tall, thin color status display instead of a square screen.
