With a brilliant brightness of 800 cd/m², this display stays clearly readable even in bright environments, while advanced IPS technology provides a super wide 80° viewing angle in all directions—left, right, up, and down—with no color shift or contrast loss. A fast 25 ms response time keeps motion smooth and blur-free, making it ideal for industrial devices, security systems, hand-held equipment, and embedded applications where viewing quality cannot be compromised.

Intelligent LT7381 Controller Board with Powerful Graphics Engine
At the heart of this module is a small controller board powered by the high-performance LT7381 TFT-LCD graphics controller, which takes nearly all display workload off your MCU. It features embedded 32Mb display RAM that can buffer multiple full-screen image layers, a hardware geometric drawing engine (lines, curves, circles, ellipses, arcs, triangles, rectangles, and rounded rectangles—all drawn with a single command), and a 2D BitBLT acceleration engine (BTE) with 13 operation modes, 16 raster operations (ROP), chroma-key transparency, color expansion, and alpha blending. Dual picture-in-picture (PIP) windows, image rotation and mirroring, and virtual display scrolling let you build sophisticated UIs effortlessly. An ISO/IEC 8859 font ROM with scalable user-defined characters renders crisp text without consuming MCU memory, while two 16-bit PWM timers handle backlight dimming smoothly. Best of all, the built-in Initial Display function can show your boot screen or logo directly from serial flash at power-on—no MCU required. With standby, suspend, and sleep power-saving modes plus key-press wake-up, it is perfectly suited for battery-powered and always-on devices.

Flexible Touch Options and Effortless Development
The controller board supports 8080 and 6800 8-bit/16-bit parallel, 3-wire and 4-wire SPI, and I2C host interfaces through a 40-pin 1.0 mm pitch FPC connector, connecting easily to 8051, PIC, AVR, Arduino, ARM, and other popular MCUs. It even integrates a 5x5 keypad-scan matrix, up to 23 GPIOs, and an I2C master port—features that can replace an external keyboard controller or touch bridge, saving BOM cost and PCB space. Choose an optional resistive touch panel with controller for precise stylus input, or a capacitive touch panel with controller for smooth multi-touch. An optional Arduino shield with library and examples—plus an optional power supply—gets you from unboxing to a working prototype in minutes, backed by our complete development package.
